There’s nothing in life better than good friends and a lovng family.
This song group is dedicated to all of your own friends and family.
Whoever it is that you consider your family and friends, I hope the relationship is built on a strong mutual trust and respect.
I’m just lucky that my friends and family happen to be the same people!
i chose the baseball theme because was always a pastime and a tradition.
Dad, William Glen Castle, was a three sport all-stater (guaterback, shortstop, and point guard) at Southeast High School. He graduated in 1967 as was drafted by the Detroit Tigers but went to OU as Enos Semore’s first recruit and played for four years and was a two-time Big 8 All-Conference shortstop (1970, 1971).
He became a graduate assistant at OU and went on to become head high school school (U.S. Grant in Oklahoma City) in the 60’s and 70’s, a head college coach (Murray State University In Tishomingo) from 81-82. He also was my both brother’s and my little league coach when we were young.
My brother, Eric, graduated from Blanchard in 1990. He was a Little All-City centerfielder and went on to play baseball in college for two years at Redlands Junior College in El Reno and for two more years at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Eric also went on to become a very successful high school baseball coach and has led his teams have won several state championships.
This song is for all the baseball fans, players, and dreamers.
